Training Rate

This screen is used to add codes and descriptions to identify the cost of a training course.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

  • The value/amount entered will be displayed in the Course Attendance section.
  • The code cannot be changed once created, instead it must be deleted and re-entered.
  • The amount entered is the value of the entire course, regardless of duration and the number of attendees.
  • Training Rate requires four (4) characters or less.

Field Information

ClosedCode*

This field displays a 4-character code that represents the training rate.

ClosedDescription*

This field displays a description of the training rate.

ClosedAmount

This field displays the value of the training rate.
